Intuitive Coaching is a non-therapeutic approach grounded in the belief that individuals already hold the answers within themselves. We use structured tools, including the GROW model, alongside intuitive exploration to support insight and personal growth.

Our Team
Janelle Carsten
Janelle’ s first career of 20 years was in Public Service working with justice-impacted individuals. She assisted clients in their personal growth and inspired positive, long-term change. For 12 of those years, Janelle was in a leadership position where she utilized evidence-based practices to develop and implement processes and skills to better serve clients.
Janelle is a practitioner, coach and trainer of Motivational Interviewing. She is also a trained intuitive coach and coached her team locally as well as other professionals throughout Colorado. Janelle is excited to begin her next career in the private sector helping individuals connect with their intuition, to grow their feminine spirit, to find their path forward.
Janelle has called Western Colorado home for decades and finds soul connection in the garden, in the sky, and amongst the big trees.
